Hundreds of students from Fordham and other colleges and universities study at Fordham London each year. Fordham London—a six-story building featuring classrooms, a student lounge, and a roof terrace—is home to academic programs in business and the liberal arts, along with a robust internship program. All students are housed in flats conveniently located in residential neighborhoods within an easy commute of Fordham London.

Meet Liam, a Spring 2023 Global Ambassador

Hi! My name is Liam Dahlborn and I am currently a junior – double majoring in Communications and Journalism. This spring, I am studying at the Fordham University London Centre. I am looking forward to learning in a new environment, as well as exploring London and traveling to new places in Europe. I chose this program because I wanted to continue to live in a metropolitan city that was connected to Fordham. Even though I will be miles away from New York, I know this time will be a natural extension of the Fordham experience and something I will never forget.

Meet Matt, a Spring 2024 Global Ambassador!

Hi, I’m Matt, and I’m studying abroad at Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business in London! I’m currently a sophomore majoring in finance, making London a clear choice for me. I’m extremely excited to meet new people, experience different cultures, and expand my comfort zone. This will be my first time out of the U.S. and what better way to do it than explore all that London and the rest of Europe have to offer. I chose this program because of the opportunity to make lifelong memories while being able to learn outside of the classroom from industry experts, a chance too great to miss out on. I’m a junior majoring in Global Business with a concentration in Digital Media and Technology. Hi my name is Izzy and I am a soon to be senior from Marquette University studying abroad in London, England at Fordham London for the month of June! I am a journalism major with minors in digital media and creative writing. I am extremely excited to be in London for a whole month, I can’t wait to explore all of the culture, food, and history the city has to offer. I am most excited to explore the Tower of London and get to know other students in the program. I chose to study abroad in London because I have always wanted to travel here ever since I was a little kid. The history in London and the U.K. is something I have always been interested in and now I can experience it first hand!

I take classes while working as a PR Coordinator at a small luxury goods agency in New York; I’m am looking forward to sharing the related events/experiences in London with this page, as well as my experience immersed in my classes! Meet Alexa, a Summer 2022 Global Ambassador

Hi! My name is Alexa and I am a rising junior at FCLC, and will be studying abroad this summer in London! I am a Study Abroad Scholarship recipient, and I am studying Fashion in British Film and TV. London is considered one of the leading fashion capitals of the world, so as a fashion studies minor, I am most interested in learning about the cultural and historical context of costuming seen in popular films and television shows. I am so excited to share my adventures around London as a global ambassador, and share them with the rest of the Fordham community! This is my first time visiting the UK, so I will be documenting all of its sights, from the popular tourist-y spots to the hidden gems around the city.

Hi!! My name is Maggie, and I am a rising junior at FCRH studying Film and Television with a concentration in Film and double minors in Psychology and Digital Technologies and Emerging Media. I am so excited to be studying at the Fordham London Liberal Arts program this fall!! This will be my first time in London so I am excited about the opportunity to explore all that the city has to offer, along with the rest of Europe! I am so excited to have the chance to share and document my study abroad experience with all of you. This experience will give me the chance to capture all of the memories I hope to create and bring you along for the ride!

Student Life at Fordham London

After offering programs in London for 15 years, Fordham has found a home of its own in the city. Fordham London is situated in the vibrant Clerkenwell district in the Borough of Camden. This global campus—opened in 2018—is a symbol of the University's commitment to education abroad, furthering our Jesuit mission beyond the United States.

The global opportunities and experiences that Fordham provided were absolutely incredible. The Fordham London program did a wonderful job of immersing us in the culture and providing us with a holistic experience of living and working in England.

London Summer Programs

During the summer months (June-July), students have the chance to engage with the city of London in intimate and exciting ways. Although the programs are only a few weeks long, participants will explore topics using London as their classroom. Programs in Business and Liberal Arts are available.
