Annick Castiaux

Annick Castiaux is rector of the University of Namur in Belgium. She is a professor of innovation and technology management and co-founded the Creativity and Innovation Research Center (CIRCé) within the Namur Digital Institute. After receiving her PhD in physics from UNamur, she spent four years in the private sector as a knowledge-management consultant. Her research focuses on innovation dynamics, regional innovation ecosystems, collaborative and participatory innovation, and the digital transition of organizations, with attention to sustainability and inclusion.
