Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend every class of every course for which they are registered. Each class meeting has its own dynamics and provides a unique opportunity for learning.

While acknowledging the critical importance of class attendance, FCRH also recognizes that there are times when absence from class is unavoidable.

Class absences incurred for the following reasons will be considered excused (supporting documentation may be required, depending on the nature of the absence):

• Medically-Documented Illness or Injury
• Death in Immediate Family
• Participation in University-Sanctioned Event
• Graduate/Professional School or Fellowship Interview
