Sir Mark Boleat has substantial experience in the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors of the British economy. From 1993 to 1999 he was Chief Executive of the Association of British Insurers. Subsequently he has run his own consultancy business and served on numerous boards. From 2012 to 2017 he was the political leader of the City of London Corporation and Deputy Chairman of TheCityUK. In those capacities, he was one of the leading representatives of the financial services industry in Britain and played a key role in the London Government as well as being the head of the City Corporation – a unique organization combining local government responsibilities, significant property holdings, and a range of commercial businesses and cultural organizations. Mark is currently Chairman of the Link ATM Network and Andium Homes and a Vice Chairman of the International Business and Diplomatic Exchange.

Sinéad Bradbury, Performance Nutritionist, is the founder of Sinéad Bradbury Nutrition and Health Consulting. She set up The Nutrition & Health Clinic in Galway in 2008. Over the past 13 years, Sinéad has worked with some of Ireland’s top personalities and sporting heroes. Sinéad works with clients on a one-to-one basis as well as group and event settings.

In 2017, she co-founded @Body&Kind, a Women’s Health Community and event management company focusing on self-care, fitness and food. Body&Kind has proven to be hugely popular helping women feel stronger, more confident and energized to enjoy their often busy and fast-paced lives.

In 2020, she completed a Masters Degree in Applied Sport and Exercise Nutrition at The Galway Mayo Institute of Technology (GMIT). Sinéad clients describe her as “engaging, passionate and relatable”. You will greatly enjoy learning from her “vast knowledge and experience on health and wellbeing”.

Giorgio Di Giorgio is Deputy Rector for Organization and Faculty, Professor of Monetary Theory and Policy and Director of the Arcelli Center for Monetary and Financial Studies at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banca Profilo, a financial institution which is active in private banking and asset management and listed on the Milan stock exchange.

In the past, he served as Delegate of the Rector for Corporate Relations (2017-18), for International Relations (2003-2005), as Chairman of the Department of Economics and Finance (2011-2014) and as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management (2007-2011) of the same University. He holds a Laurea in Economics cum laude from Sapienza University of Rome (1989) and a Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University in the City of New York (1996). His research focuses on monetary policy, financial intermediation, dynamic macroeconomics, international finance and banking regulation. He has been a visiting scholar / professor at Columbia University (Department of Economics, Graduate School of Business and School of International and Public Affairs), at the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and at the Utrecht School of Economics).

Within his extensive publishing activity he had papers appearing in journals such as the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, the Journal of Banking and Finance, International Finance, the Journal of Financial Stability. He is the Editor in Chief of Rivista Minerva Bancaria, a former Editor of the Journal of Banking and Finance and a past President of the Multinational Finance Society. Prof. Di Giorgio also serves and-or served as an independent director in the Board of administration of a number of financial and listed companies, and, previously, as a part-time economic consultant for the Treasury Department. 

Meghann L. Drury-Grogan, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Communication in the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. At Fordham University London, she develops programs and strategic relationships with industry and academic partners. She teaches international graduate/postgraduate and undergraduate students on business and professional communication, leadership communication, project management, consulting skills, decision making, and global business. Her research on organizational communication, project management, agile teams, and decision making has been published in leading international journals. She serves as a reviewer for prestigious journals in the communication and software development fields.

Dr. Drury-Grogan has received numerous academic and industry awards: Poets & Quants Top 40 Professors Under 40, the Student’s Choice for Most Impactful Graduate Faculty Stanley Fuchs Award at Fordham University; top paper awards at NCA, IEEE Software, ICIS IRWIT Project Management international conferences; top reviewer awards; and client awards at Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Prior to her academia, Dr. Drury-Grogan worked for Deloitte Consulting LLP as an organization and change management consultant developing communication strategies; implementing change and communication plans; and designing decision making frameworks and organization structures for Fortune 500 clients. 

Alex Edmans is Professor of Finance at London Business School. Alex has a PhD from MIT as a Fulbright Scholar, and was previously a tenured professor at Wharton and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Alex has spoken at the World Economic Forum in Davos, testified in the UK Parliament, and given the TED talk “What to Trust in a Post-Truth World” and the TEDx talk “The Social Responsibility of Business” with a combined 2 million views. He serves as Mercers School Memorial Professor of Business at Gresham College, giving a four-year programme of lectures to the public, and on Royal London Asset Management’s Responsible Investment Advisory Committee. Alex has appeared on Bloomberg, BBC, CNBC, CNN, ITV, Sky News and Sky Sports, and written for the Financial Times, Harvard Business Review, and Wall Street Journal. At Wharton, he won 14 teaching awards in 6 years; at LBS, he won the Excellence in Teaching award for best professor across all programs. He has been named to Poets and Quants Best 40 Professors Under 40 and Thinkers50 Radar.

Paul is the Chief Executive of Skillnet Ireland, the Irish Government agency responsible for boosting the competitiveness and innovation of businesses through enterprise-led workforce development.

He is an expert in enterprise and labour market policy, human resource development, corporate governance and public affairs with 25 years’ executive level experience spanning both the private and public sectors.

Paul is a member of Ireland’s National Skills Council, National Training Fund Advisory Board, the EU Commission Skills for Industry Policy Group and the European Digital SME Alliance. He also serves on the Skillnet Ireland Board (ex officio).

Paul qualified as an economist and holds a MBA from Dublin City University. He is adjunct lecturer at the National College of Ireland Post-Graduate Business School, and is a respected analyst and commentator in the field of human resource development in Ireland.

Dennis C. Jacobs joined Fordham in July 2019 as the University’s provost and senior vice president for academic affairs. As the institution’s chief academic officer, he works to enhance Fordham’s array of outstanding educational programs, promote high-impact research activities, and cultivate a community of distinguished teaching scholars across the University’s nine undergraduate, graduate, and professional schools.

Dr. Jacobs earned his Ph.D. in chemistry from Stanford University in 1988 and bachelor’s degrees in chemistry and physics from the University of California at Irvine in 1982. From 1988 to 2011, he was a chemistry professor at the University of Notre Dame, where he taught thousands of undergraduate and graduate students and also served, from 2004 to 2011, as vice president and associate provost for undergraduate studies and international studies. From 2011 to 2019, he served as provost and vice president for academic affairs at Santa Clara University, a Jesuit Catholic university situated in the heart of Silicon Valley.

In 2002, Dr. Jacobs was named U.S. Professor of the Year for Doctoral and Research Universities by the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. The award honors dedication to teaching, commitment to students, and creative approaches to education, and is the only national award to acknowledge excellence in undergraduate teaching and mentoring.

Mr. Lauro joined Scorpio in 2003 and has continued to serve there in a senior management position since 2004. Under his leadership, Scorpio has grown from an owner of 3 vessels in 2003 to become a leading operator owner and manager of more than 250 vessels in 2021.

He founded Scorpio Tankers (NYSE: STNG) in 2009 and has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the closing of its initial public offering in April 2010. Mr. Lauro also founded and serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eneti Inc. (NYSE: NETI), which was formed in 2013.

He is the President of the Monaco Chamber of Shipping and is also a member of the Advisory Board of Fordham University London. Mr. Lauro has a degree in international business from the European Business School, London.

Giampiero MASSOLO is President of Fincantieri S.p.A (2016) and President of the Italian Institute for International Political Studies – ISPI (2017). A career diplomat, Ambassador Massolo was the Coordinator of the Italian Intelligence Community (2012-2016), the Prime Minister’s personal representative (Sherpa) for the G8 and G20 Summits (2008-2009), the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2007-2012). He is adjunct professor of National security and International relations studies both at the School of Government of the LUISS University in Rome and at Sciences Po’s Paris School of International Affairs. He regularly contributes on international and security matters to the newspapers “La Stampa” and “La Repubblica”.

Andrea Mennillo, PAR ’16, is the managing director and founding partner of IDA Capital Ltd., London, and chair of the Fordham University London Advisory Board.

Mennillo holds a BS in business from Federico II University in Naples and a BS in international banking from University of Lecce. He also is an alumnus of INSEAD Graduate School. He has almost 30 years of leadership experience, mostly in financial institutions and infrastructure funds worldwide.

He has acted as chairman, managing director, and board member in banks, insurance companies, and financial conglomerates in Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. After CassaDepositi and Prestiti, where he was appointed by the Ministry of Finance of Italy, he founded IDA Capital, an investment firm that provides a unique combination of industry acumen, practical experience, and knowledge of foreign business environment. The firm only operates in the fastest-growing countries and focuses on business diplomacy.

Greg is chief operating officer for Real Estate in the Merchant Banking Division (MBD). He serves as co-chair of the Consumer Servicing Vendor Management Committee and business owner of the MBD Real Estate and Urban Investment Group Investment Committees.

Greg joined Goldman Sachs in 1998 as part of the Controllers analyst program and later transferred to the Real Estate Principal Investment Area in MBD, where he assisted in the development of the Whitehall Funds European operations. In 2003, Greg moved to the European Special Situations Group in the Securities Division, and was eventually named chief financial officer of EMEA. In 2014, he was named head of Realty Management Division in EMEA and the division’s global chief operating officer. Greg took additional responsibility for APAC in 2019. He was named managing director in 2009.

Greg serves on the Board of Visitors at Fordham College at Rose Hill and is Vice Chair of the Fordham University London Advisory Board. Greg earned a BA in Economics from Fordham University in 1998

Franziska Neumann completed her Ph.D. studies at Philipps-University Marburg in 2020. In 2015 she received her MSc. degree in Business Administration from the same university, majoring in market-oriented-management and innovation & information. During her studies, Ms. Neumann gained research insights as a student assistant as well as work experience in several internships. Research focuses include the influence of emotions on strategic decision making and affective diversity.

Donna Rapaccioli, PhD is dean of the Gabelli School of Business and holds the rank of University Professor. She has earned a reputation for creating academic programs that emphasize applied learning, a global perspective, interdisciplinary thinking, and strong ties with industry. Her philosophy centers on business with purpose, grounded in the Jesuit-influenced principle that commerce should advance society in a greater way.

Her research interests lie in the areas of earnings management and international accounting; she has published book chapters, articles in academic journals, and practitioner outlets. In her role as professor, Dr. Rapaccioli was selected by students to receive the outstanding teacher award. She has consulted for and lectured on accounting and finance topics at numerous financial institutions in New York City.

She served on the board of trustees of Emmanuel College in Boston and currently serves on the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC) Board. She is a director on the State Street Global Advisors Mutual Fund Board. She also serves on the board of directors of Fordham University’s London Centre and as the oo-chair of Fordham University’s Social Innovation Collaboratory.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and her Master’s degree and PhD in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

CEO of EcoAct North America, William has over 12 years’ experience working with Global and Fortune 500 companies to develop and implement net zero strategies. This includes managing projects on setting science-based targets, climate risk assessments, assessing GHG footprints (Scope 1- 3) for multinational enterprises. He has also worked with leading companies to design and manage their carbon neutral programs.

A graduate from Boston University with an MBA from HEC Paris, William began working in climate finance with the Gold Standard Foundation, a certification body headquartered in Geneva that evaluates carbon reduction and sustainable impacts using results-based methodologies. Following this role, he worked with NGOs Nexus for Development (Nexus) and the Group for the Environment, Renewable Energy and Solidarity (GERES) to scale-up more than a dozen carbon reduction projects in Asia and Africa by leveraging innovative market mechanisms such as climate finance and crowd funding. As a Director at Nexus, William developed financing streams from the public and private sector to support the development of certified emission reduction projects in Asia.

Michelle Wright has several years of global leadership experience in the financial services industry. She has a background in security and privacy. She is a proud computer science graduate of Fordham College Rose Hill, which helped her land her first job, an infrastructure and security engineer role at a bank. After having spent several years as a technology management consultant and program manager, she is now leading privacy operations at Aon.

Torsten Wulf is a professor of Strategic and International Management at Philipps-University Marburg. In addition, he heads the Center for Strategy and Scenario Planning at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management. His research interests lie in the areas of behavioral strategy, scenario planning, and the governance of family firms. Research focuses include strategy and governance of family businesses, role of top executives, and strategic and scenario planning.

Alison is a 2007 graduate of the Gabelli School of Business where she majored in Public Accounting. During her time at Fordham, she was president of the Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Society, gave campus tours with Rose Hill Society, and volunteered at Theodore Roosevelt High School. At graduation, she was awarded the Future Distinguished Alumnus Award, the Medal of Excellence in Accounting, CBA Alumni Association Award, and membership to the Alpha Sigma Nu honor society.

Following graduation, Alison earned her CPA while working as an auditor at EY. From there, she spent a total of 9 years at Barclays across New York and London offices, as a Project Manager for Global Finance and Regulatory change and finally as Chief of Staff in the Corporate Banking CEO Office. Alison also spent four years as an Adjunct Professor, and now serves on the Advisory Board at Fordham’s London Centre.

Most recently, Alison graduated with an MBA from the University of Cambridge and is now a Chief of Staff at TrueLayer, one of the fastest growing start-ups in Europe and leading provider of Open Banking APIs powering a new era of financial innovation.

G.F. Zaimis is an American polymath, writer/poet/editor/translator, lecturer and Southerner who has read arts & architectural history, economics and the classics from the East Coast to Athens, Greece. In between, she has collaborated with Fortune 500 Companies and the world of Academia. She specializes in integrating perennial archetypes via contemporary modernisms and comparative literature which re-unite the humanities and sciences as one.

Her grammatology is imbued with six books including Therapy with Antigone and the Trilogy Verses, Philosophy and Poetry who she co-authored w/ the Philosopher of Kairicity & Member of The Athens Academy, E. Moutsopoulos, Monumental Athens Urban w/ statements from architects and urbanists Pei, Koolhaas, Hadid, Tshumi, Piano, Botta, SNOHETTA and more; as well as her forthcoming book, Is and Not. Her writing and research addresses themes of architecture, philosophy, progressed mythologies and poetry as well as quantum physics, consciousness and bioenergetics.

Ginger is the Literary & Arts Chair (for Greece) of the International Friends of Bibliotheca Alexandrina, the Library of Alexandria. She is the architect of two new poetic forms, the Portico and Triptych, and the literary translator from the Ancient Greek to English verse of the Stoic Cleanthes’ Hymn to Zeus, Aristophanes’ Frogs, as well as portions of: the Socratic Dialogues, Hippocratic Corpus, Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations and other selections of mythos and logos. Her work has been presented at international centers for literature, architecture and art, biennials, world libraries, museums, academic institutions as well as Research Centre for Greek Philosophy at The Athens Academy. She is published from NYC, London, Athens, Alexandria to Rome and her written words translated into Modern Greek, Bengali as well as French and Arabic (forthcoming).

Ginger lives in the Athenian capitol in situ to some of Humanity’s classical prototypes of architecture, mythology, philosophy and democracy.
