After graduating with honors from New York University, she earned an M.S. in Sport Business Management and began a career in the sports industry, combining her love for football (soccer) with her professional expertise. Davidson has held content marketing and digital content strategy roles at brands and agencies within the sports sector, and currently is a social media and digital content strategy consultant, advising brands, companies, and nonprofits across a range of industries on how to best use digital marketing to strengthen their businesses. She also is a contributing author to numerous publications and blogs and speaks around the world to diverse audiences on a variety of business topics. Davidson is highly invested in the advancement and empowerment of women in business, and in sports business in particular.

He is responsible for financial analysis, origination, structuring, execution, and monitoring of investments. Prior to joining Denham, Ramirez was a senior associate at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and an analyst at the International Finance Corporation based out of Hong Kong. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Colombia in Bogotá, D.C., and holds a Master of Infrastructure Project Management from the University of Hong Kong.

She is the founder and chair of several awards recognizing influential women and leaders, including the annual Women of the Future Awards and the Asian Women of Achievement Awards. Lilani was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 2007 for services to charity and as a Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) in 2015 for services to women in business.

Gergana Tomova has over five years of regulatory, policy, and ESG experience within financial services, and is highly adept at translating international and domestic ESG regulatory requirements and in advising multiple stakeholders. She has provided ESG reporting and strategy advisory services to a variety of financial services companies, including banks, insurers, and asset management companies. Prior to joining KPMG, Tomova was part of the FCA’s ESG Strategy and Coordination division, where she worked on the ESG strategic approach and also performed extensive portfolio and firm analysis to ensure ESG alignment. Through her work and experience, Tomova has developed a deep understanding of a variety of existing and future frameworks and standards, such as TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, and TNFD.
