Senior Year: Leadership

When: Typically in senior year, fall or spring.

What You’ll Learn

You will have been learning leadership skills during your entire Fordham career. This block will tie them all together.

What Courses You’ll Take

• Core business course: Business Ethics
• Various core liberal arts courses: Fulfill any Fordham liberal arts requirements you did not complete earlier in your academic program
• Specific required and elective courses toward your major and/or concentration(s)

Leadership Real-World Project

Leadership requires wise, well-informed business decisions. In your fifth and final real-world project, you’ll choose from an array of leadership integrated projects: perhaps service-learning, business ethics, consulting for social change, management simulation, or brokering innovation. You will practice making management choices and see your results throughout the course of the project.
