Jason Caldwell (GABELLI '10, '17);

Jason Caldwell is an executive director and banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. As a member of the Financial Institutions Group, he works with some of the most sophisticated hedge fund principles, financial executives, and entrepreneurs in the business. He delivers exceptional client service, helping them navigate the complex world of finance by better understanding the importance of investing, diversification, lending, banking, trust and estate planning, and more. Caldwell provides comprehensive support to his clients, overseeing their financial well-being across their entire balance sheets. Drawing upon his background as a former collegiate athlete, he understands the value of a team-based approach. He has a strong network across the firm and offers the best of J.P. Morgan to
every client.
With an impressive background in finance, from 2018–2023, Caldwell worked in the Partners Coverage Group at Goldman Sachs, managing assets for the partners and senior leaders of the firm. Before joining Goldman, he worked in the Financial Institutions Group at Lazard Asset Management, focused primarily on institutional client mandates.
Caldwell places a strong emphasis on education, and is a proud alumnus of St. Paul’s School in Brooklandville, Maryland. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University while captaining the football team, and also holds an M.A. and an M.B.A. from Fordham’s Gabelli School of Business. He currently sits on the Executive Committee of the University's President’s Council. Caldwell's passion for making a positive impact extends to philanthropy, as he actively serves on the board of the prestigious Glucksman Ireland House and contributes as a member of the Investment Committee for St. Paul’s School.
Residing in Manhattan with his wife and two young children, he relishes the joy of traveling with his family. Outside of his professional and philanthropic endeavors, Caldwell finds solace as a member of the New York Athletic Club and indulging his love for golfing.

Fran Horowitz (GABELLI ’90)
Chief Executive Office
Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
Fran Horowitz has served as chief executive officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) since 2017. She joined Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in 2014 as the Hollister Brand president and was promoted to president and chief merchandising officer at A&F Co. in 2015 before taking on her current role as CEO.
Prior to Abercrombie & Fitch Co., Horowitz served as brand president at Ann Taylor Loft. For nearly eight years, she worked at Express, Inc., rising to the position of executive vice president of Women’s Merchandising and Design. She also held several merchandising roles for 13 years at Bloomingdales, as well as various positions at Bergdorf Goodman, Bonwit Teller, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
As she has proved throughout her career, Horowitz is an expert brand builder, and most recently has led the successful transformation of A&F Co., establishing the company as an industry-leading, global apparel omnichannel specialty retailer. She leads with purpose and her commitment to her global associates and customers is showing up in the results. By putting the customer first, redefining its brands and evolving its operating model to be more agile, 2023 was a defining year for A&F Co., which achieved its best operating margin in 15 years and increased sales year-over-year. In 2024, Horowitz was named to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women list, Barron’s annual list of top CEOs, Business of Fashion’s ‘BoF 500’ and she received the Women’s Wear Daily Edward Nardoza Creative Leadership award.
Horowitz serves on the board of Conagra Brands, Inc., one of North America’s leading branded food companies and she is a member of the Board of Directors of Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP), a CEO-led coalition that helps companies transform their social strategy by providing customized resources. Additionally, she is on the Board of Directors for Bombas, the apparel company with a mission to put thoughtfully designed, essential clothing into the hands and onto the feet of those in need.

Seiichi Yamaguchi (GABELLI ’03)

Yamaha Corporation
Seiichi Yamaguchi earned his Master’s in Business Administration in 2003 from Fordham University. He has worked at Yamaha Corporation for over 30 years, holding eight different positions. He began his career at Yamaha in 1992 as the assistant to the president, based in California. In 1999, he accepted the position of chief operating officer of Yamaha Music InterActive Inc. in New York. Yamaguchi then moved to Sweden and worked as the president of Yamaha Music Scandinavia for four years. Following his time in Sweden, he moved to Shanghai, China in 2010 and became the president of Yamaha Music and Electronics (China) Co., Ltd. Before becoming an executive officer, Yamaguchi held the title of general manager in the Business Planning Division of Musical Instruments and Audio Products, based in Hamamatsu, Japan. He went on to serve as the executive officer in the Musical Instruments and Audio Products Sales Unit, also in Hamamatsu, Japan. Since April 2003, he has been in the role of managing executive officer.

Regina Sommese (GABELLI ’09)
Senior Vice President, Subscriber Acquisition
Warner Bros. Discovery
Regina Sommese currently serves as senior vice president of subscriber acquisition for Max at Warner Bros. Discovery. She oversees a global team of 65 staff members that drives new subscribers to Max, the streaming service, which features popular shows such as House of the Dragon, The White Lotus, and The Last of Us
Sommese was promoted in May 2025, after serving as group vice president of subscriber acquisition for nearly three years. Previously, she devoted nine years to Discovery, Inc. before the merger that created Warner Bros. Discovery, quickly moving up the ranks from media manager to group vice president of paid media. Earlier in her career, she worked on the agency side of the business at PHD, an Omnicom Media Group Agency, where she handled multi-platform media planning and buying for leading brands.
Sommese earned an M.S. in Media Management from the Gabelli School of Business. While earning her degree she completed internships at in the consumer marketing department at Comedy Central and in product marketing at MLB Advanced Media. A self-described lifelong learner, Sommese continued expanding her intellectual portfolio after graduate school, earning an advanced diploma in data and analytics at New York University and a certificate in digital and graphic design at Parsons School of Design.
A New Jersey native, she enjoys museum-hopping in New York City, spending time with her nieces and nephews, and exploring the world. She recently visited her 50th country, South Korea, one of her favorite travel destinations. She also loves Japan, South Africa, and Italy. An avid hiker and marathon runner, Sommese has hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro and most recently hiked Malaysia’s Mt. Kinabalu.
