Joe Dieguez

Adjunct Professor of Communications

Joe Dieguez is currently the director of career development for the Gabelli School of Business, overseeing all graduate programs. Prior to this role, he worked at Google as a recruiter who concentrated primarily in the Early Careers campus recruiting space. His focus was primarily on Ph.D. and M.B.A. recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles within multiple product areas at Google. 

Dieguez started his career at PwC, where he spent the first half of his time working as a tax professional focusing on provision, compliance, and consulting work across multiple industries. He then pivoted into a career with Talent Acquisition at PwC during the second half of his tenure, primarily recruiting from colleges and universities in the New York metropolitan area and hiring undergraduate and graduate students into PwC's Audit, Tax, and Consulting practices.

Dieguez graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Public Accounting and a Master of Science in Professional Taxation from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.
