  • Maya Waisman is an associate professor of finance at the Gabelli School of Business, where she joined the faculty after completing her Ph.D. in finance at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her research interests include empirical corporate finance, financial intermediation, international equity offerings, fixed-income securities and CEO compensation. She teaches Investments and Security Analysis and Corporate Financial Policy, and she has received awards for both research and teaching.
