Information for Fordham Graduate Students/Faculty
Technology and Field Experience
In addition to the technology resources in Quinn Library, School Psychology students have access to the technology center housed within the Graduate School of Education.
The technology center is equipped with both PC and Mac computers so students may access the internet and work on individual and group assignments in a private setting.
Additionally, most classrooms in the Graduate School of Education are technology-enhanced providing a multimedia learning experience. Wireless internet access is available throughout the school.
Fordham University’s Manhattan location allows for invaluable field experiences with diverse populations in settings throughout the New York metro area. In fact, Fordham students frequently spend time in clinical and research centers associated with many different local public and private institutions.
The coordinator of field experience, Melissa Laracuenta (firstname.lastname@example.org) assists students in securing placements in schools, clinics, hospitals, and research centers.
Additionally, students in the past have had the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica, Honduras, and Israel for clinical and research experience.
