Ed FitzGerald is a Managing Director and Head of Technology Services Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He has approximately 25 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience. FitzGerald is responsible for originating and executing M&A, equity and debt financing transactions in the technology services sector.

FitzGerald earned an MBA from Columbia University and graduated summa cum laude from the Gabelli School. He also completed the professional examination and other requirements to become a CPA. He has prior work experience at Ernst & Young and GE Capital.
