Daytime Hybrid MSRED
One Year Master of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED)
Flexible Online with Short Daytime Intensive Residencies in NYC
The one-year option offers students a unique hybrid learning experience that pairs the accessibility of asynchronous online learning with short, immersive daytime courses offered at the Fordham University Lincoln Center campus in New York City. Students experience the best of both worlds. Students complete their 36-credit degree in a single year and leave the program prepared to go to the next level in their career trajectory.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
During the 12-month program, students meet in-person five times (1-4 days) at our Lincoln Center campus in NYC. During these immersive 1-4 day learning experiences, MSRE and MSRED students attend daytime sessions and collaborate on team projects.
- Students complete 16.5 credits on campus and 19.5 credits asynchronously online for a total of 36 credits.
- International students with F-1 visas may only take one online course each fall and spring semester and therefore complete the majority of the remaining 19.5 credits on campus.
