Tabling
Tabling puts your brand directly in front of students. Set up in high-traffic campus areas to build brand awareness, promote current opportunities, share insights about your organization, and encourage students to take the next steps—whether that’s applying, attending an event, or staying connected.

Information sessions

Fireside chats
Fireside chats offer an innovative, informal way to connect with prospective talent through authentic dialogue. In these 30-to-60-minute sessions, an organization representative discusses their company’s story, values, and culture with a moderator, followed by an interactive audience Q&A.

Panels & spotlight series
The Career Center routinely hosts panels and spotlight series targeted to specific industries and student demographics. These events allow you to showcase your organization’s relevant opportunities and develop meaningful connections with potential candidates.

Site visits
Site visits allow students the opportunity to get an insider look at potential employers. By providing students with a tour of the office, panel, or Q&A, employers are able to showcase their company culture and increase interest and visibility in the recruiting process.

Pipeline partners
Pipeline partner registrations offer the unique opportunity to host coffee chats in a dedicated room throughout the career fair. Partners receive an advance resume book to invite selected students, and registration includes fair access, lunch, and refreshments for up to three representatives.

Mock interview week
Mock interview week connects employers with undergraduate students for 20-to-30-minute practice interviews. Tailored to your organization’s recruiting style (behavioral, technical, or case-based), these feedback-driven sessions simulate real recruiting conversations using advance student resumes. It is a high-impact way to support student development while gaining early insights into candidate quality, communication skills, and interest.
