Sunil Garga is an accomplished executive and entrepreneurial leader with over 30 years of experience driving business growth across multinational corporations and high-growth startups. As president and CEO of Foundation Source, the nation’s largest private foundation management solutions provider, he delivered a 3X exit valuation in just 2.5 years. He previously founded and scaled two companies — Mphasize LLC, sold to Publicis Group, and Marketing Management Analytics (MMA) — and served as president of Global Consumer Insights at IRI (now Circana), leading global business units across multiple countries. Garga’s expertise spans business strategy, data and analytics, technology, go-to-market execution, and M&A, with board experience spanning private equity-backed companies, academic institutions, and industry organizations. A proud father of three sons who have studied at the Gabelli School of Business, Garga brings both a personal and professional commitment to Fordham’s mission of developing the next generation of business leaders.
