Sandra Waddock is an advisor to the Center for Humanistic Management at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business. Waddock is part of a group of professionals from academia, practice, policy, and media who help the center reach high impact with global scale.

Waddock is Galligan Chair of Strategy, Carroll School Scholar of Corporate Responsibility, and Professor of Management at Boston College's Carroll School of Management. Her current teaching includes the Social Issues in Management, graduate business in society course.

She is the author of a number of books including Building the Responsible Enterprise and Leading Corporate Citizens. Waddock received her BA from Northeastern University, an MA degree in English Literature from Boston College, and an MBA and DBA from Boston University.
