Bob Gach
Robert P. Gach is currently an adjunct professor and chair of the Gabelli School of Business Advisory Board.. He also serves on the President’s Council of Fordham University and as the senior alumni-in-residence for the Graduate Career Center. Previously, Gach spent 37 years at the global consulting and technology firm, Accenture, where his client work included service to capital markets clients (investment banks, wealth managers, exchanges, and custodians). He led engagements on strategy development, cost and efficiency improvement, market development, digital transformation, technology planning, operations strategy, and enterprise change.
During his time at Accenture, Gach served the global marketplace and spent seven years in Asia Pacific. He held a number of leadership positions at the firm—all in the financial services industry with a deep specialization in capital markets. Gach served as a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council, which was comprised of the top 150 leaders of the firm. He was also the co-founder of the FinTech Innovation Lab—an incubator for financial services start-ups, which had offices in New York, Dublin, London, and Hong Kong. Gach earned a B.S. in Accounting at the Gabelli School in 1980.
Frank Dellaquila
Frank J. Dellaquila was appointed a director of Reliance in October 2021. He is a financial expert and the chair of our audit committee. From 2009 through May 2023, Mr. Dellaquila served as chief financial officer of Emerson Electric Co., a technology and engineering company providing solutions across a broad range of industries and markets. He joined Emerson in 1991 and held several senior financial executive positions before being named its chief financial officer. Mr. Dellaquila received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fordham University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia University
Patsy Sciutto Doerr
Patsy Sciutto Doerr is an award-winning thought leader, speaker, coach and facilitator. Focusing on Social and Community Impact, she has expertise in talent development, diversity, equity & inclusion, corporate responsibility and ESG/sustainability. Her greatest passion is helping organizations build and develop initiatives that best position them for long-term success in a diverse, global environment. Her commitment to change and cultural impact has allowed her work to be featured in several publications and conferences including Forbes, The Hill, The Muse, Milken Institute and Sustainable Brands. Patsy’s impact and success are rooted in more than 25 years of experience building and leading functions for organizations in the financial services, data, media and non-profit arenas. Before starting Change for Social Good LLC as an independent consultant, she was the Chief ESG and People Officer at UDR, a leading multi- family real estate investment trust. Prior to her position at UDR, she served asCEO of The Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. and as global head of Diversity and Inclusion at Credit Suisse, respectively. Before assuming this position, she was responsible for building and leading Thomson Reuters’ diversity and inclusion, corporate responsibility and ESG/sustainability functions. In this capacity, she successfully launched the ESG Institute, a cutting-edge resource and support center tasked with building awareness and understanding around Social Impact issues and metrics. She is also a brand ambassador frequently speaking on talent management and social impact, as well as an Adjunct Professor of DEI at Fordham University. Additionally, Patsy has served on several boards and committees that align with both her business and personal passions.
