  • Overseeing the due process, stakeholder engagement, and governance policies.
  • Providing advisory oversight of the Reporting Committee.
  • Supporting recruitment, succession planning, and performance review of committee leadership.
  • Ensuring governance documentation, policies, and records remain current and accessible.
