About Gia
Gia D'Onofrio is an Employer Relations Specialist at the Career Center, where she advises students interested in marketing, fashion, and media. In her role, she delivers targeted career coaching, helping students refine their cover letter and resume, strengthen interviewing skills, expand their networks, and navigate competitive recruiting processes. She also partners closely with employers help connect them with students in order to create pathways to internships and full-time positions.
Before transitioning into higher education, Gia worked in marketing and public relations at Estée Lauder, Tiffany & Co., Richemont Group, and Parlux Fragrances. Drawing from her industry experience, she brings a practical, relationship-driven approach to her work, equipping students with both the insight and confidence to pursue opportunities in dynamic, brand-focused environments.
