About Kathlene

Kathlene oversees the Employer Relations team. She started in 2011 and held various roles in employer relations, helping foster relationships with companies spanning all industries. In addition to directing employer relations programming, strategy and initiatives, Kathlene builds key employer relationships within the STEM industries. Kathlene also counsels students during all phases of their professional development, helping guide them throughout their career exploration, crafting application materials, networking and mastering their interview skills.  Prior to Fordham, Kathlene worked in the human resources field for approximately 6 years, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Kathlene graduated from Marist College, studying Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. Outside of work, Kathlene enjoys spending time with her three kids and her cat, Birdie.
