About Brittany

Brittany Perez is an Employer Relations Specialist who partners with organizations in the education, nonprofit, government, and social science sectors to connect students with meaningful career opportunities. In her role, she coordinates recruiting events, including employer tabling and information sessions, that help students explore career pathways and build professional connections. A strong advocate for equitable and inclusive spaces, Brittany oversees the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee by developing programming, fostering campus and employer collaborations, and increasing awareness of DEI within the career landscape.

Prior to her current role, Brittany worked closely with foster families, providing rehabilitative services and support. She has also conducted research in psychology and assisted in teaching fifth- and sixth-grade students. In addition to her work at the Career Center, Brittany serves as a therapist at a private practice in New York City.
