Real Estate Institute Certificate Requirements

Students have up to three years from the date of their first course to complete a certificate
All courses applied toward a certificate must have a passing grade
NC (not complete) grades are not applicable toward a certificate
Students may complete more than one certificate in a term
Courses may not be applied to more than one certificate
Certificate Request fee is $100, nonrefundable
Printed certificates will include the student’s formal name as it appears in University records
