Welcome to the Master of Science in Management (MiM) program at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business.

The program is designed for students who may be new to the field of business, yet are eager to gain the core knowledge and practical skills that drive organizational success. Whether you study online or on campus, the program offers a comprehensive and structured introduction to the essential areas of business—including finance, accounting, marketing, operations, statistics, and strategy.

Our curriculum provides the training every emerging professional needs to understand how organizations operate and make data-informed decisions. You will learn how to interpret financial information, analyze markets, understand business models, manage processes, and evaluate strategic choices. This foundation will give you the confidence and competency to succeed across industries and job functions. Through applied coursework and real-world projects, you will develop a practical understanding of how different business disciplines connect and how they can be used to solve problems and create value. Our goal is to ensure that students without prior business education, as well as those who have built their experience on the job, enter the workforce with a solid, well-rounded toolkit that employers recognize and trust.
