Silvia McCallister-Castillo
Senior Assistant Dean for Graduate Admissions
Silvia McCallister-Castillo joined Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in 2023 as the senior assistant dean for graduate admissions. Her previous roles have spanned student recruitment and admissions, student affairs, curriculum innovation, career development, and alumni relations for master’s degree and MBA programs at IE Business School, London Business School, Yale School of Management, the University of Hong Kong, and the University of California, San Diego. McCallister-Castillo graduated with a BA in Classics from Columbia University, an MSc in Corporate Communication from IE Business School, and an MA in Global Diplomacy from SOAS, University of London.

Nathan Rix
Senior Associate Director, Working Professionals Programs
Nathan Rix currently serves as the senior associate director for Working Professionals Programs at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, supporting the Executive MBA, Professional MBA, and online graduate business programs. Prior to joining Fordham, he spent more than 15 years leading strategic transformation and organizational change initiatives across higher education, government, and nonprofit organizations. Rix was a strategy consulting team leader with Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he advised higher education and public sector clients on strategy, technology modernization, and organizational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he served in senior leadership roles in Oregon state government across three gubernatorial administrations and began his professional journey as a special education teacher with Teach For America in the South Bronx. Rix earned a BA in Religion and Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University, an MSEd. in Educational Leadership from The City College of New York, and an MPP from University of Michigan Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, where he was a Gerstacker Fellow. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Cheyne Lulham
Associate Director of Admissions for Working Professionals Programs
Admissions Areas: Pre-MBA, Professional MBA, Executive MBA, Professional MBA/MSL
Cheyne Lulham currently serves as the associate director of admissions for working professionals programs at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, overseeing recruitment and evaluation for the Pre-MBA, Professional MBA and Executive MBA programs. Prior to joining the Gabelli School in 2023, Lulham held roles in graduate student recruitment, career services, and undergraduate admissions at Imperial College Business School; London Business School; and the University of Newcastle, Australia. Lulham holds a BBus. in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Newcastle, Australia.

Christina Sakowski
Associate Director of Admissions for Specialized Master’s Programs
Admissions Area: Full-time MBA
Christina Sakowski currently serves as the associate director of admissions for specialized master’s programs at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of the Gabelli School’s MS candidates. Prior to joining Fordham in 2018, Sakowski had worked in academic advising for first-year students, undergraduate admissions, and transfer admissions for institutions across New York State—the University of Buffalo School of Management, St. John's University, and Manhattan College. Sakowski holds a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego and an MA in School Counseling from Manhattan College.
Sofia Lagoudi
Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment, Online Programs
Admissions Areas: MS in Finance, MS in Quantitative Finance, MS in Management
Sofia Lagoudi currently serves as the assistant director of admissions and recruitment for online and hybrid programs at Fordham University's Gabelli School of Business, overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of candidates for the School's online and hybrid master's programs, including the MS in Finance, MS in Strategic Marketing Communications, and MS in Management. Prior to joining the Gabelli School in 2025, Sofia held roles in advertising, operations, and student recruitment, most recently at Cornell University. Sofia holds a BS in Economics from the University of Macedonia.
Catherine O’Hara
Assistant Director of Admissions
Admissions Area: MS in Marketing Intelligence, MS in Media Management
Catherine O’Hara currently serves as an assistant director of admissions at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, primarily overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of the MS in Marketing Intelligence, and MS in Media Management. Prior to pursuing a career in graduate business admissions, she was the program manager for the Executive MBA program. O’Hara holds a BA in Sociology from Fordham College at Rose Hill.
Tenzin Palkyi

Admissions Areas: MS in Accounting, MS in Artificial Intelligence in Business, MS in Business Analytics, MS in Information Technology, and MS in Taxation
Tenzin Palkyi currently serves as an assistant director of admissions at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, primarily overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of candidates for the MS in Accounting, MS in Taxation, MS in Business Analytics, and M.S. in Information Technology programs. Palkyi earned a BA in International Studies from Fordham College at Rose Hill and is currently pursuing an MS in Education at Fordham's Graduate School of Education.
