We're seeking Fordham alumni and Bronx community members who have built or grown a business or who have deep knowledge of community based businesses and the unique opportunities they afford for sparking innovation, revitalizing neighborhoods, and empowering people to launch meaningful careers and enterprises.

Your connections, insights, and industry knowledge can help our aspiring entrepreneurs to make it in the Bronx and in the greatest city in the world!

Your Role in the Mentoring Process

• Get matched with a prospective mentee who can benefit from your expertise in the day-to-day challenges and opportunities of starting and growing a business.
• Agree on a time for an initial discussion about their goals and aspirations, and what your role might be in helping them move their business forward.
• Identify mutually agreeable times and a cadence to check in with them by phone, Zoom, text, or over coffee.
• Share your experiences and cheer them on as they build and grow their business.
