Refund Policy 

For six-module, noncredit online courses: Students are eligible for a 100% tuition refund if they withdraw from the course within 3 calendar days of the date of registration. No refund thereafter.

New York Real Estate Salesperson's Licensing Course

Construction Project Management

This five-course certificate presents the core competencies and specialized skills needed to professionally plan, manage, and deliver quality construction projects on time, within budget, and ultimately, with high client satisfaction.

Construction Methods and Materials

This four-course certificate examines the specialized drawings, plans and building materials and construction systems used in the manufacture of commercial real estate assets. Areas include core and shell, interiors and MEP systems.
