Real Estate Institute Certificate Requirements
- Students have up to three years from the date of their first course to complete a certificate
- All courses applied toward a certificate must be taken for a letter grade
- Audit and Pass/fail grades are not applicable toward a certificate
- A minimum cumulative grade average of B- is required for a certificate
- Students may complete more than one certificate in a term
- Courses may not be applied to more than one certificate
- Certificate Request fee is $100, nonrefundable
- Printed certificates will include the student’s formal name as it appears in University records
