Fordham Real Estate Institute graduate certificates are 15-credit programs that can be taken after completing a bachelor’s, master’s or other advanced degree.

These programs are an excellent option for industry professionals who would like to develop a solid background and skills in a particular sector of the industry in a relatively short period of time.

Students can pursue a graduate certificate alone, or as a concentration alongside the MSRE graduate degree. Students who begin with a graduate certificate program may, with approval, matriculate into the full MSRE degree program.
