Alumni/Parents: Help a Ram Today

Hire a 2020/2021 graduate! Here's how:

Post a full-/part-time job or internship on Handshake, Fordham's career management tool.

Post a micro-internship for a Fordham student on Parker Dewey; micro-internships are short-term, paid, project-based work.

  • View micro-internship step by step instructions on how to get started

Engage with a 2020/2021 graduate through professional development options:

Informational conversation: A meeting with a Fordham grad seeking advice on the industry and their career path and job search, including guidance on how to best enter the industry.

Q&A or coaching session: An opportunity to discuss your career path, highlight how your experience(s) at Fordham provided value to your career, how COVID-19 has impacted your current role, and advice for students during the pandemic; this will be followed by student questions.

Have your company host an information session: Come back to campus virtually and share your open roles with an interested group of students! We have had employers come for presentations, panel discussions, networking, and other events, and are happy to work with you to create an event that is tailored to your company's needs and style.

Lead a career community webinar: The session will focus on advice on how to break into the industry, trends, what skills to build on during the pandemic, and other relevant information.

Please take a few minutes to fill out the brief Rams Helping Rams Interest form to let us know how you'd like to engage in the program. For any questions, please email [email protected].
