Cheretta's motivation

"What motivates me most is the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across campus to expand access to meaningful opportunities for students. Career development is most effective when faculty, employers, and student support teams work together to connect academic learning with real-world experiences. I value being part of that collective effort and helping build pathways that allow students to explore careers, gain experience, and grow professionally. Ensuring students have access to internships, mentorship, and career preparation opportunities continues to inspire the work I do in career services."
