About Allyson
Allyson Blatz leads all student engagement efforts at the Rose Hill Career Center, where she provides career counseling to both undergraduates and recent graduates, designs and delivers professional development programming, and advises the department's career ambassador programs. She collaborates with student organizations, residence halls, and campus partners on various forms of programming, tailoring career development conversations to the unique needs of each audience.
Prior to her career in higher education, Allyson worked in recruiting, first for a life sciences recruiting agency and then for a vertical farming start-up. In addition to her current role at the Rose Hill Career Center, Allyson is also a part-time MSW student with Fordham's Graduate School of Social Services. She is passionate about connecting interested students with impact-driven service opportunities.
