About Cole

Cole Chaloupka is a Student Engagement Specialist at Fordham's Career Center, where he provides one-on-one career counseling, hosts workshops and teaches SYMP 1500, a course helping students explore their interests and build professional skills. He also co-instructs SOCI 4900, an internship seminar course focused on professional development.

Before joining Fordham, Cole worked at America Needs You, a nonprofit supporting first-generation college students, where he led professional development workshops and helped place students in internships. He also spent several years as a middle school ELA teacher in New York and Colorado, including as a Teach For America fellow. Ultimately, he's passionate about Cura Personalis and the holistic support of students, and enjoys supporting them in self-reflecting, identifying their strengths and pursuing their passions.
